Yaser Mansour

With over 25 years of international experience in Information and Telecommunication Technology, Yaser Mansour is a seasoned professional. His expertise spans cybersecurity, network architecture, digital transformation, and business leadership. Yaser is known for his ability to drive innovative solutions, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance for enterprises, governments, and financial institutions.
He began his career as a software developer and progressed through roles in system administration and IP core network operations, eventually reaching leadership positions in network architecture and security. Throughout his career, Yaser has developed deep expertise in managing high-risk telecom environments, creating operational processes for service providers, and designing secure, scalable network infrastructures.
In addition to his technical skills, Yaser possesses strong business and financial management abilities. He has successfully led multi-million-dollar projects, capital expenditure planning, and ICT transformations. His leadership has defined security key performance indicators (KPIs), conducted vulnerability assessments, and implemented advanced cybersecurity solutions for prominent organisations such as Etisalat Emirates, True Altitude, and iTechnologies.

Ahmad Soumakie

Ahmad Soumakie is a seasoned business intelligence and analytics professional based in Auckland, New Zealand. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Analytics from Massey University and an Executive MBA with Distinction from Maastricht School of Management. Ahmad currently serves as the Chief Data Technology Officer at CrestEdge Solutions, where he leads data and AI initiatives. Additionally, he is a Senior Consultant in Financial Crime and Risk at Westpac New Zealand, focusing on SAS and Microsoft Fabric-based solutions for AML compliance.
Previously, Ahmad worked at Fidelity Life Assurance Company Limited, leading data engineering teams and ensuring effective data migration and governance. Throughout his career, Ahmad has held senior roles in UK-based technology companies and multinationals such as AIRCOM International, MYCOM-OSI, Ericsson, and Huawei. He specialises in delivering data-driven solutions and consultancy services to financial and semi-government sectors, helping clients unlock value from data using cutting-edge technologies and methods.

Daniel Hodgson

Dan Hodgson has over 22 years’ experience in the banking sector in both Australasia and Europe. He is an experienced delivery lead/project manager and senior business analyst, most recently working for over 7-years at Westpac New Zealand, on a diverse set of technology, digital, data and regulatory projects. Many of these initiatives have involved forensic data analysis and development of new technology and then implementation, driving better outcomes for customers and all the different business units across the bank. Prior, at ANZ, was a lead implementation manager of a global risk grading and credit approval workflow system. Earlier in his career he worked for several European and US investment banks, based in London.
Dan’s strength is ensuring timely delivery on outcomes and project milestones to meet senior executives’ expectations and regulatory requirements.
